Very nice, modern city library. Read a review that ranked it 8th is the US because of it's suspended glass structure surrounded by a park. The suspended part is only the children's area and the park is nice, but nothing special. We expected much more.
Hockessin Library is very clean, quiet, and suburban near the intersection of Lancaster Pike and Valley Road. I love the beautiful Children's Center with their own checkout and play area. The library staff is very friendly and attentive. It is a fantastic place to explore!
Great layout, plenty of power outlets and comfortable chairs and desks. I drive a good bit more to come and study here rather than go to the much smaller, noisier library closer to home.
