Customer service is horrible! The women behind the desk seem like they just started the job yesterday and they only want to talk to people they already know. I figured since I spent a lot of money there they'd be willing to help me but they don't seem to appreciate my business so I'll just keep going elsewhere.

From the time I walked in and spoke to Tim about the ZT HD, working with Louise on my accessories and delivery schedule, Jim who delivered it and showed me how to work it and John who told me to count the grass clippings for optimal performance ;) Ericka was also helpful answering my questions when I called. Top notch Gravely dealer!
I wish I could give them zero stars. Owner was so rude to me. I asked him a simple question, very politely, and he acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I don't know how they've stayed in business all these years. Ladies were nice, the owner not at all.
I was treated will respect, and they answered all my questions, I bought a stihl hedge trimmer and backpack blower, they showed me all the do and do not of the equipment, I recommend them to everyone!!!
