This place is a great local gym for the hockessin community. It doesn't feel like a franchise because most of the members are regulars and are very friendly. Machines are in fine condition and there is enough space to do double sets near each other. Overall worth the membership.
Great place to get a really good workout in...never have to wait for whatever machine I want to workout on. Owner is very good to his clients!! Very pleasant atmosphere.
